Dr Paul Duignan is a specialist in strategy, outcomes, monitoring, evaluation and research. He has been a Senior Lecturer and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Auckland and at Massey University and has had leadership roles in university and Parliamentary research groups. He has had extensive experience in developing and working with strategy, outcomes, monitoring and evaluation systems in a range of different types of organizations and has applied the Systematic Outcomes Analysis system internationally. He was the 2005 New Zealand Fulbright Senior Scholar based at the Urban Institute in Washington D.C.
